Hello brides! We wanted to tell you everything about getting married in Roatan with Roatan Events.
After having a meeting with the couple, where we get to know them a little bit more, we discuss about budget, venue, style and more, we sign a contract & we start with all of the details and the fun begins!
The couple has a meeting with our branding & design team, where they discuss the needs and ideas for the wedding: Wedding website, save the dates, invitations and any other detail or sign that the couple wants! (they can be as creative as they want). Communication is provided 24/7 for changes and special details between the couple and Roatan Events.
After that, we have another meeting where we set everything (vendors and style):
- Dj and Music
- Decor (Dancefloor, food truck, favours)
- Flowers (one of the most important parts while planning, maybe the most expensive as well)
- Food, the couple has the option to get a menu tasting if they are coming to the island!
- Extras
The couple and the Roatan Events Team, stay in touch for special needs and for questions; another service that we offer is the management of the wedding website (RSVPs & more), where the team can answer all of the questions that guests may have!
We present a final draft and get ready for the final count of guests so we can close the budget to a definite number,
Weeks before the wedding we have a closer communication with the couple & stay in touch with them if they need anything, we receive them at the island and the wedding day begins!
The rest is history, but we really like a personal and close relationship with every couple, we love what we do and we hope you enjoy it aswell!
