Traditions that are a must for your wedding day!

Hello brides, we want to share with you some traditions that would be great inspo for your day!

  1. Having bridesmaids and groomsmen

Don’t you think it’s a great idea? It can be difficult to choose only a few people, but who do you imagine at the altar waiting for you? Who do you want to look at while walking down the aisle?

  1. Confetti

Having something to be thrown at the end of your ceremony it a beautiful tradition, that represents fertility and prosperity to the newlyweds, it could be rice, paper confetti, petals !

  1. Something old, something new, something blue

I know you’ve heard this a couple of times, maybe in movies! But the real meaning of it all is that back before, family gave the bride a sixpence to bring her luck on her wedding day! Of course! Here’s a more poetic version:

Old for the past that still holds true,

New for the life she’s stepping into.

Borrowed joy from those held dear,

Blue for love that’s strong and clear.

A silver coin in her shoe so slight,

Brings fortune, love, and a bright future.

  1. Not seeing the groom before the ceremony

It is a beautiful moment when we get to catch the first glimpse of love and to witness the 1st look of the couple! I know some of the couples tend to have a 1st look photoshoot, this is a cute way to remember it! Or other couples also have a prayer before the ceremony. Another adorable thing couples do is to write a letter before going to the aisle, to encourage the next step you are going to take!

  1. Cutting the cake

This is a funny and charming moment where one of them gives a piece as a symbol of commitment! P.s is also a lovely instant to capture it!

Thanks for reading! Let us know any other tradition you know and which ones you will be doing!
